    The Monthly and Quarterly Tasks service helps you:
    • Monthly, based on client timesheet, annual leave and basic employee information reports to do monthly payroll and business trip reimbursement (if any)
    • Send payslip and create salary payment order
    • Collect and provide client employee PIT information for the accounting department
    • Calculate, withhold and settle monthly/ quarterly PIT for EOR employees

    Outsourcing Service

    InCorp Vietnam offers a range of services for seamless HR management, including monthly salary transfers, payroll processing based on employee reports, and dispute resolution facilitation.

    The Outsourcing Service helps you:
    • Monthly transfer of employee salary from HR Techsoft bank account to employee bank account, based on client timesheets, annual leave and basic employee information reports to do monthly payroll
    • Act as a mediator between employee and the Client to negotiate, settle labor disputes (if any)

    What to Know about Vietnam’s Labor Rules

    Working Hours

    • Regular working hours: 8 hours/day or 48 hours/week
    • Employers choose daily or weekly hours, but daily not over 10
    • Weekly hours should not exceed 48, with a 40-hour option encouraged by the State

    National Holidays

    All Employees shall be entitled to fully paid days off on the following public holidays:

    • Gregorian Calendar New Year Holiday: 01 day (the 1st of January of the Gregorian calendar)
    • Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday): 05 days – decided by the Prime Minister
    • Victory Day: 30th of April
    • International Labor Day: May 1st
    • National Day: 02 days off (the 2nd of September and the previous or next day)
    • National Day: 02 days off (the 2nd of September and the previous or next day)
    • Foreign employees in Vietnam are additionally entitled to 01 traditional public holidays and 01 National Day of their country, in addition to the public holidays stipulated above

    Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year) Days off & Bonus

    The Tet falls at the beginning of the Lunar Calendar, and most businesses take 5 days off for this holiday. The exact days are decided by the Prime Minister of Vietnam.
    Tet holiday can be a disruptive time for a company’s workforce. This is the most important holiday of the year and often times employees will take extra days off. Furthermore, the turnover rate during this time tends to increase significantly.
    It is not required but it is expected to pay Vietnamese employees a special bonus for the Tet holiday, usually calculated as the 13th month’s salary.
